The first final: the American Song Contest 2022 – Grand Final

After five semi-finals and two semi-finals, it’s time to reveal the winner of the first overseas continental competition, the 2022 American Song Contest – tonight’s final!

The Live Grand Final for American Song Contest, airing on NBC Monday 9 May 20:00 ET/PT (which is 02:00 CEST for the night-owls among us), features the top 10 artists performing one last time for their chance to win America’s vote for best hit song. The results from the jury and America’s votes will be revealed in real time to determine the winner.

Fans at home in the United States can vote for their favourite performances on nbc.com/ascvote, the NBC App and on TikTok. Voting for the Grand Final opened on Sunday 8 May at 17:00 ET/ 14:00 PT and will close moments after the last performance.

The Live Grand Final will also feature special performances by American Song Contest hosts Kelly Clarkson and Snoop Dogg, as well as country music singer/songwriter Jimmie Allen, who will perform his hit Down Home.
